Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  1. Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  3. Be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Types of Returns:
We accept two types of returns:

  1. Exchange: If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within [time frame] and we’ll guide you through the process.
  2. Refund: If you’d like to return a product for a refund, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll process the refund.

Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via info@handloomonline.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Carefully package the product and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  4. Ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the RMA number.

Refund and Exchange Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll:

  1. Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  2. Process the refund or exchange within 10 days
  3. Send you an email notification with the refund or exchange details.

Exceptions:
Please note that the following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or bespoke products
  • Products with personalized embroidery or messages
  • Sale or discounted products
