Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Types of Returns:
We accept two types of returns:
- Exchange: If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within [time frame] and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Refund: If you’d like to return a product for a refund, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll process the refund.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via info@handloomonline.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Carefully package the product and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the RMA number.
Refund and Exchange Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll:
- Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Process the refund or exchange within 10 days
- Send you an email notification with the refund or exchange details.
Exceptions:
Please note that the following products are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or bespoke products
- Products with personalized embroidery or messages
- Sale or discounted products
